SOLVE THE BUSINESS PROBLEM

Start with the questions that change the plan.

What are we launching?

A clear audience and focused first programs make it easier to agree the patient journey, content, and service requirements.

Who is responsible?

Your business, clinical group, pharmacy, and support team each have a role. We define the handoffs before configuration.

What will it cost to operate?

Implementation is one part of the budget. Technology, clinical services, fulfillment, support, and patient acquisition also need a place in the plan.

WHAT WE BUILD WITH YOU

Where should you start?

Begin with your intended audience, care programs, existing assets, and the work your own team can handle. Then review what BuildTelehealth delivers, how launch works, and the investment structure.

  • Choose the initial audience and supported programs.
  • Identify brand assets, tools, and care relationships you already have.
  • Agree the clinical, pharmacy, billing, and support responsibilities.
  • Confirm the scope, recurring costs, approvals, and launch dependencies.

QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU COMMIT

Clear answers for your next decision.

BuildTelehealth by Helios helps businesses launch and grow a telehealth brand. We design the brand and website, set up patient intake and portals, help connect licensed doctor networks and pharmacy services, configure payments and operations, and prepare your team for launch.

We help you access integrated licensed provider networks and coordinate onboarding around your programs and patient locations. If you have your own clinicians, we review the supported setup. The responsible clinical group controls treatment decisions and prescribing.

Your agreed scope identifies brand development, website design, program content, intake and portal setup, clinical and pharmacy connections, payment workflows, testing, training, and support. Consultation, medication, shipping, and other service costs are identified separately.

Your launch schedule depends on the programs, brand and content readiness, clinical and pharmacy onboarding, payment setup, required reviews, and integrations. We agree the scope and dependencies before confirming a launch date.

The budget has three parts: one-time brand and implementation work, recurring technology and support costs, and variable clinical, pharmacy, transaction, and marketing costs. We prepare a proposal around your starting point and first programs.

Independent licensed clinicians evaluate patients and decide whether treatment is appropriate. Licensed pharmacies dispense and fulfill prescriptions. BuildTelehealth provides the brand, implementation, coordination, and business support around that care.

Yes. We review the existing assets and scope the work that needs to change. Website compatibility, integrations, content, and access affect what can be retained.

Patient coverage is confirmed by program, provider licensing, pharmacy permissions, and the engaged service arrangements. A nationwide network does not make every treatment available in every location.

The platform supports both models. The care program, provider group, patient location, and agreed configuration determine which visit types are enabled.

Supported recurring billing can be configured alongside the care and refill process. Renewal, cancellation, refund, and clinical-review rules need to be clear before patients subscribe.

The responsible care team handles clinical questions. Billing, orders, account access, and general support are routed according to the operating plan agreed for your business.

These options depend on the clinical program, connected services, and project scope. Your proposal identifies any additional setup, requirements, or fees.

Brand assets, website deliverables, subscriptions, clinical records, patient relationships, and data access have different terms. We confirm the relevant ownership, export, access, and handover arrangements before implementation.
